Front RUNners are the people who help bring The Really Useful Network to life in their local area.
A Front RUNner hosts and leads regular RUN events at a chosen venue, helping to create a welcoming environment where people can connect, share ideas, and build strong professional relationships. These events normally take place on a monthly basis and are an important part of growing the community in each location.
As a Front RUNner, you will be responsible for helping to host the event, welcoming attendees, introducing speakers where applicable, and guiding the flow of the session so that everyone feels comfortable and involved.
The aim is to create a relaxed, friendly space where great conversations and useful connections can happen.
We are looking for people who are confident speaking in front of a room, organised enough to help coordinate the event each month, and passionate about bringing people together. You do not need to be a professional presenter, but you should enjoy meeting people and helping others feel included.
Front RUNners are supported by The Really Useful Network team. We provide guidance, resources, and documentation to help you run successful events, and we work closely with you to ensure the events deliver real value to attendees and the wider community.
